To tell the truth, I’m a great fan of calisthenics, though it is not the only workout type I do for strength training. I started doing bodyweight exercises about 18 month ago and the trigger because of I started this type of workout was the videos I saw on Youtube.
I used to pump iron, but I wanted to start something different. But before jumping into this new “lifestyle” I wanted to learn everything about it. I read and watched the videos about how to do the exercises and what are the advantages of them.
There are a few men who inspired me more than the others, and I have learned a lot from them. In this post, I list them all. If you are a beginner, follow them! You can learn a lot from them and believe me you will be always motivated.
