How to Improve Your Hip Mobility

No matter if you do calisthenics or weight lifting, it is crucial to stretch. With regular stretching, you can avoid injuries, perform the exercises better and recover faster.

I have problems with lower back, and my hips are tight. I was really happy when I found this video in which excellent moves are presented on how to improve the mobility of the hips. I do these exercises almost every day. I already feel the difference, for example, I can squat deeper.
