Everybody knows that consuming veggies and fruits daily is a crucial part of healthy eating. They are rich in vitamins, minerals, and fiber all the goodies that help us to prevent various diseases such as diabetes, cancer, etc.

I think, the mentioned problems are absolutely true for the juices we can buy but not true for the juices we make at home from organic fruits and veggies.
The big companies do not care about the amount of fiber and others they let in their products. They just want to sell more by making their products more tempting. And people hardly buy drinks if “something” is floating in the bottle.
I prefer eating fresh fruits and greens as they are but sometimes I make juices and smoothies. I always have the pulp as well, so I do not miss the fiber.
In my opinion home juicing is not as bad as it is said in the video. It allows us to consume more healthy foods. Although, it cannot replace whole foods. Fresh juicing is a great addition to a healthy eating plan.
