In case you need something hard then this cardio workout is for you! It is over one hour long with warming up and helps to burn approximately 1000 calories. Besides, you can strengthen and tone all muscle groups, and it develops endurance.

This routine has 5 parts

  • Warming up
  • It starts with an HIIT section with various jumps and lunges
  • The second part focuses on core muscles and includes several standing ab exercises
  • The third part is a total body strength training.
  • Cool down and stretch.

Kelli and Daniel present both the low and high-intensity versions of the exercises, so you can customize the workout for your needs. However, do your best to maximize the fat burning effect.
