The Best Spartan Bodyweight Workout App for Conditioning & Strength

    Are you searching for a workout routine that helps you to boost your endurance, build strength and even melt fat? Do you prefer working out at home instead of going to the gym? Do you need something really hard to train like the MMA fighters?

    That is what I wanted when I was searching for a workout program, and I was happy when I bumped into the Spartan System on Google Play.

    After checking out the workouts, the plans, and the other functions, I did not hesitate to purchase the full version of it. It gives everything I wanted that is training what fighters do to build up strength and endurance.

    Firstly, it comes with a section in which you can learn a lot of bodyweight and dumbbell exercises for each body part. I haven’t counted yet, but I think there are at least 100 moves altogether. Each exercises nicely shown how to perform them correctly.

    Also, it comes with ready to do workouts for various purposes. My favorite ones are:

    • MMA Circuit, which is a 30 minute routine for toughness, cardio, and endurance.
    • Increase Explosive Power for coordination, explosiveness and condition.
    • Spartan bodyweight workout for cardio and core.
    • Killer Home Spartan for cardio, explosiveness, and endurance.
    • MMA Bodyweight 300 for strength and condition.

    And these are just a few of the ready to do Spartan workout routines. You can also find more for abs, arms, legs, etc.

    But for me, the best section is the 3-week workout plan, that I have been doing for about 2 months now. I have done 2 circles.

    The results are astonishing both in strength, power, coordination and I have lost a little bit of fat from my belly as well. The best is that I spend less time with training but I got better results.

    Anyway, most of the Spartan bodyweight training do not require any equipment, although there are few routines in which you need to use dumbbells.

    Also, if you have the full version you can create your own workouts by picking the exercises and setting the time.

    Finally, I have to mention it is also an MMA diet app. There are a 14-days MMA and vegetarian diet plan. And a helpful shopping list to know what you need to buy for your chosen diet.

    To sum up, after using the Spartan System for about 2 months now, I have to say it is the best bodyweight workout app I have ever used. I’m sure it will be on my phone for long years.
