The Very Best of Health & Fitness – May 2016


Hurray! Summer is here! At last, we can jump into the summer time and have holidays we have been waiting for so long. And if we have done our best during the last couple of months, we can show how perfect bodies we have on the beach. 🙂

Anyway, since another month is over, it is time to share with you the most valuable posts that I found and shared in May, 2016. As usual, you can find useful sources about fitness, diet and health below.

I would like to start my list with an inspirational story. It is about a 63-year-old lady who quits her job after 20 years and dedicated her life to fitness. And she looks amazing! It is never too late to start! Read the story here.
