    1. I want to lose about 10 lbs of fat. Since I have been working out about two years, I think I have a good muscle mass underneath the fat, so that is why I want to get leaner.

I can’t decide if running or kickboxing would be better for me. I hate running, but everybody who I have talked with suggests running. But I hate it. On the other hand, I’ve never done boxing before, so I don’t know if I’ll be able to perform the moves and with that workouts correctly. But I’m interested in trying this type of training.

      1. If you don’t like something then sooner or later you will give it up. So, I’d suggest you to try kickboxing workouts. It is not as hard as it seems. You just need to learn the basic kicks and punches. The more you practice, the better you will be.

Find a local gym, walk in and talk the the instructors or coaches and ask talk to them…. kickboxing is very fun but be prepared to put in work. You will also get to meet new people who are more experienced than you but we’re one in your position. But over all I think u will like it.
