You know, I have been doing calisthenics for over three years now, and I have been developing continuously since then. I had never thought of being able to do 20 pull-ups or dips, or even a simple muscle up when I started, but now I can.
But after watching the video that I would like to share with you below, I have to say I felt myself a bit ashamed. The guys make such moves that are so challenging and seem to be almost impossible to do. At least for me.
On the other hand, this compilation of hardest exercises to do is also really motivational for me. It helps me to go on developing my strength and trying new calisthenics exercises.
