After pumping iron for many years, I turned to Crossfit because I wanted not only be big and strong but fit who has an excellent stamina. First I did calisthenics workouts and cardio separately then I began combining the two.

Actually, I did not know that this is CrossFit training at that time. I made my workout plans in which I combined cardio with bodyweight exercises. One day I made some searches, and I realized that there are tons of “Workout of the Day” so called WODs out there.
