After pumping iron for many years, I turned to Crossfit because I wanted not only be big and strong but fit who has an excellent stamina. First I did calisthenics workouts and cardio separately then I began combining the two.

Actually, I did not know that this is CrossFit training at that time. I made my workout plans in which I combined cardio with bodyweight exercises. One day I made some searches, and I realized that there are tons of “Workout of the day” so called WODs out there.

In this post, I have put together a big list of sources in which you can find tons of CrossFit bodyweight workouts. No matter if you are a beginner or have an advanced fitness level you will surely find a WOD that will suit your needs.

You can find workouts that requires no equipment and ones that need a pull up bar, rings, jump rope, etc.
