Many of my friends, who want to lose weight, do not eat grapes because they think they are high in calories because of the sugar. But it is just a misconception.

Grapes contain a lot of flavonoids that increase the metabolism, cut down hunger and the absorption of the fats from food. Also, about 80% of the grapes are water, and they contain a good amount of fiber.

    Apple

Did you know that in the ancient time apple was considered to be a miracle herb? Like grapes, it is packed with a lot of flavonoids. Besides, it contains a dietary fiber that is beneficial for the digestion system. The apple acid helps the working of the colon and liver. Not to mention its high mineral and vitamin content.

I prefer eating it raw with its skin, but there are several ways you can make dishes and drinks from it.
