150 lb maximum resistance is enough for a beginner or intermediate fitness level person. Or, for someone who wants to do exercises with high repetitions. Since we are talking about a selectorized weight stack machine changing the weight you want to use is a piece of cake. You just place the selector pin to the chosen resistance level, and you are ready to go. This way you workout will be more continuous since you do have to load and unload weight plates.
