Another year is almost over again. It is the time of the year when we decide to change in the next year. We want to leave healthier, stop smoking, losing weight, moving more, just to mention the most common ones.
But as statistics shows these New Year’s resolutions almost never work. We want too much from ourselves in a short time. And we fail sooner or later.
It is a fact that creating new healthy habits is not easy, especially if they are huge ones.
So, take it slow. Take up only one new healthy habit per month. At the end of the next year, those small changes will add up changing your whole life.
