There is no question that fighters have the best physiques and highest endurance among all the sports.

The reason is simple. They do strength training using weights or bodyweight exercises, cardio and workouts that boost their explosive power, just to mention a few. They are strong, fast and able to fight for a long time.

That is the body I want. Hence, besides strength workouts, I started boxing and doing activities recommended for fighters.

I have been doing this type of mixed routine for about a half year now and feel how powerful it is. My endurance has never been so good like now.

This routine is a good example how fighters train their body.

Here is the program.


The strength training part lasts for 20 minutes, and you need to do supersets.

It starts with clapping push ups and pull ups to improve the pulling strength and the explosive power of the upper body.

Then, it continues with lower body training by doing squat variations.

Then "animal" moves come. These movements seem to be childish, but they are perfect for developing strength, power, endurance and stability.

Each exercise should be done for 45 seconds with 15 seconds rest. You need to do 2 rounds, so this part of training lasts for about 10 minutes.

To tell the truth I did not do these types of activities before but after doing this workout I included them in my workout routine.

The final stage is the cardio section that lasts for 5 minutes. You should do each of the exercises for 5 min.

The entire routine lasts for about 50 minutes with warming up, stretching and cooling down. And you do not need any equipment.
